Responsibilities
- Take ownership over a large portion of one of our products and own projects end-to-end (wearing hats traditionally worn by product and design).
- Research competitors, write product specs, make wireframes, and more.
- Design and build features like automated interview scheduling, generalized declarative filter architecture, and offer signing features.
Requirements
- Tackle any part of the technology stack: frontend, backend, infrastructure.
- Thrive on projects with product and technical ambiguity at their intersection.
- Balance speed and quality while moving with urgency.
- Ambitious, open to feedback, excellent collaborator and communicator.
