Build and improve end-to-end web and mobile product features for a MedTech data platform, partnering with product and design teams. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to shape solutions to real-world challenges.
- Develop end-to-end product features and workflows across web and mobile applications.
- Use data insights to identify product enhancements, resolve performance issues, and discover opportunities.
- Improve engineering processes and team culture.
- Evaluate and adopt tools and technologies that improve scalability and development speed.
- Mentor and support the growth of other engineers.
- Build with agentic development tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer working in a product domain.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Full-stack proficiency with technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL or other relational databases, BigQuery, and Google Cloud services.
- Strong customer focus and ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity, empathy, collaboration, and a willingness to learn and work with new technologies.
- Eligible work permit in the United States.
Compensation
- Senior Software Engineer 1: $155,000-$215,000 annual salary.
- Senior Software Engineer 2: $175,000-$250,000 annual salary.
- Equity and benefits, including paid health, dental, and vision plans, learning budget, flexible PTO, remote-work and home-office stipends, parental leave, and optional team retreats.
