Regional Director Sales - CEUR
Leads a team of 5–7 Account Executives, owning enterprise sales strategy, revenue execution, forecasting, and performance management across the CEUR region. The role requires technical-product sales experience, software sales leadership, and established DACH enterprise relationships.

Responsibilities
- Report directly to the AVP of Sales and manage a team of 5–7 Account Executives.
- Drive, manage, and execute the business and revenue of the sales team.
- Build a collaborative environment where the team can thrive, learn, and grow.
- Build and improve processes for Account Executive onboarding and ramping.
- Prepare forecasts, territory and industry management plans, and growth plans.
- Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance.
- Drive alignment with marketing, customer success, BDR, sales engineering, and customer engineering teams.
- Set the strategy for the company's largest accounts.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience selling a technical product; open source, DevOps, or security experience preferred.
- 3+ years of experience successfully managing high-performing software sales teams.
- Experience working with cloud service provider marketplaces.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and pipeline targets.
- Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies.
- Existing enterprise customer relationships in DACH.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity when responding to changing needs and situations.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience working through a growth or hyper-growth stage.
- Ability to travel as needed.
