About the role
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end onboarding for newly signed health system partnerships, including kickoff, stakeholder mapping, workflow design, data and reporting setup, care team introductions, and go-live.
Run working sessions with partner clinical and operational leaders to define delegation levels and responsibilities across care navigation functions, and document shared workflows.
Serve as the primary point of contact for live partnerships; run operating reviews, track enrollment and engagement performance, surface issues, and drive resolution.
Build relationships across partner organizations, including service line administrators, nurse navigators, pharmacy, population health, and executive sponsors.
Use enrollment, engagement, and outcomes data to identify improvement opportunities and support partnership expansion into new populations, programs, or markets.
Provide structured partner feedback to product, clinical, and growth teams.
Support pre-signature work, including deal models, market analysis, and pitch materials.
Manage performance analysis, market research, and materials development to support partnership growth.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in healthcare, including meaningful experience in health system operations, provider-facing implementation, or account management at a healthcare services or digital health company.
Experience taking partnerships from signature to steady state, including implementations, joint operating models, and executive-level relationships.
Understanding of health system structures, care team roles, committee dynamics, and change management within large provider organizations.
Familiarity with value-based care arrangements and programs.
Exceptional project management and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Relationship-first operating style with the ability to hold partners and internal teams accountable.
Comfort working in ambiguity and an early-stage environment.
Willingness to travel regularly to partner sites.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting oncology service lines, cancer centers, or oncology value-based programs.
Experience with clinical workflow integration, EHR-adjacent implementation, or care management program launches.
Exposure to ACO, MSSP, or health system-owned health plan operations.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $149,000 - $175,000.
Bonus eligible.
Total compensation also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities.
