Responsibilities
Own and grow senior-level relationships across Sanofi, including investment, strategy, and programmatic teams, as well as direct brand relationships.
Lead end-to-end sales efforts for the full product suite, including designing, negotiating, and executing Joint Business Plans directly with agencies or brands.
Close large-scale upsell opportunities and manage high-stakes, enterprise-level deals.
Deliver customized sales presentations and platform demonstrations aligned with client goals.
Respond to RFPs and RFIs and position the platform competitively through market insight and product expertise.
Collaborate with Client Success and Platform Support on onboarding, client satisfaction, and technically informed client interactions.
Represent the agency client internally and inform the product roadmap through collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Strategy.
Represent the company at industry events and advance product and market knowledge.
Manage an eight-figure annual sales quota focused on the Publicis account and Sanofi.
Requirements
6+ years of experience working with programmatic platform technologies, including DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, data integrations, and verification tools.
Proven success in adtech business development or enterprise sales, with experience monetizing programmatic solutions at holding companies, agencies, and pharmaceutical brands.
3+ years of direct sales experience in CTV, with relationships across investment, planning, and programmatic video teams.
Experience working directly with pharmaceutical clients and understanding of the healthcare advertising ecosystem.
Knowledge of contractual business terms and experience negotiating and closing complex MSAs and platform agreements.
Track record of exceeding revenue goals and executing Joint Business Plans with brands or agencies.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate performance data into strategic insights and client recommendations.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident presentation and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Base salary range: $150,000-$170,000.
