Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel sourcing efforts for technical roles, building strong pipelines of engineers, data, and other technical talent
- Proactively source candidates using standard and creative channels
- Review inbound applications for technical roles and assess candidate alignment with role requirements and Range values
- Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that stands out in a competitive technical hiring market
- Partner closely with recruiters to schedule initial screens and ensure a seamless handoff into the interview process
- Track and manage sourcing activity, outreach performance, and pipeline health in the ATS
- Experiment with new sourcing strategies, tools, and messaging to continuously improve response rates and candidate quality
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Range, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience from first touchpoint
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience sourcing technical talent (engineering, data, product, or similar roles)
- Experience sourcing at a large tech company or agency
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and candidate profiles
- A creative and resourceful approach to sourcing, think beyond standard searches and outreach templates
- Proven ability to engage technical candidates through compelling, personalized messaging
- Comfort using sourcing tools and ATS platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter or similar)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously
- A proactive, curious mindset and excitement about building teams at a fast-growing fintech startup
