Responsibilities
Executive Briefing and Event Programs
- Represent the Executive Briefing Center (EBC) program in the San Francisco office and build relationships with senior internal stakeholders in the United States and visiting stakeholders.
- Promote the EBC brand and value proposition within the region.
- Own end-to-end planning and delivery of strategic executive briefings, including customer objectives, agendas, executive participation, logistics, and business outcomes.
- Maintain program records and operational data, including schedules, attendee information, agenda changes, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate registration, room setup, catering, gifting, surveys, and other briefing requirements.
- Manage relationships with catering, gifting, hotel, and transportation vendors; establish service standards, coordinate delivery, and manage spending against budget.
- Partner with Workplace, IT, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to deliver a seamless guest and office experience.
- Develop reusable templates, training, playbooks, and personalized briefing materials to improve program quality and scalability.
- Use feedback, program data, and stakeholder input to improve the EBC operating model.
- Define and report monthly success metrics, customer insights, program performance, and recommendations to leadership.
Strategy, Operations, and Special Projects
- Lead cross-functional special projects based on company, customer, and executive priorities.
- Develop and manage strategic events and programs from concept through execution, measurement, and improvement.
- Support business development through opportunity research, partner evaluation, business-case development, and cross-functional coordination.
- Build scalable processes, tools, and operating rhythms that improve visibility, accountability, and execution.
- Lead high-priority initiatives requiring additional strategy, structure, or execution support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, program management, business development, strategic events, consulting, customer programs, or another highly cross-functional role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, executive events, event coordination, or customer-facing roles.
- Proven project management experience, including scoping, executing, and reporting on projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Familiarity with CRM or briefing management platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar tools.
- Experience working across global stakeholders and making strategic recommendations for high-profile programs.
- Excellent written, spoken, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present to executives, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Sound business judgment, analytical skills, ownership, and the ability to influence results.
- Ability to solve problems quickly with minimal guidance, operate in ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong customer-service mindset, attention to detail, prioritization, and project execution skills.
- Ability to build trusted-advisor relationships with senior management.
Compensation
- San Francisco estimated base salary: $110,000–$152,000.
- Eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.
