Technical Product Manager, Infrastructure and Dev Ops
Owns the infrastructure and DevOps product roadmap for a regulated brokerage, partnering with engineering, security, and compliance teams to improve delivery speed, reliability, cost, and audit readiness. Requires technical fluency in AWS, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for infrastructure and DevOps priorities, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and the AWS cloud environment.
- Partner with infrastructure engineers and backend teams using Ruby and Java to identify tooling gaps and delivery risks.
- Prioritize infrastructure work supporting trading platforms, account-opening flows, and internal tools.
- Define and track infrastructure health metrics, including deployment frequency, incident frequency, MTTR, and infrastructure cost.
- Improve build, test, and deployment workflows so engineers can ship safely and quickly.
- Lead build-versus-buy evaluations for containerization, observability, configuration management, and related infrastructure tooling.
- Ensure deployment and infrastructure practices meet security, compliance, and audit expectations for a regulated brokerage.
- Communicate roadmap decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and progress to engineering leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience owning infrastructure, DevOps, platform, or developer-productivity products.
- Technical depth in CI/CD systems, AWS cloud architecture, infrastructure-as-code, and distributed systems.
- Track record of shipping infrastructure or platform improvements with measurable reliability, cost, or engineering-velocity impact.
- Experience partnering with engineering, security, and compliance teams; regulated-industry experience is preferred.
- Strong prioritization, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant STEM field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience as a software or infrastructure engineer before moving into product management.
- Familiarity with options or futures trading systems, market data, or order-execution infrastructure.

- Base salary: $140,000–$180,000 annually.
