Product Manager II - MarTech

Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of MarTech, acquisition, referral, and member-offer products across web and mobile. The role requires 3+ years of product management experience, data-driven decision-making, and familiarity with marketing analytics and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing technology tools, campaign execution, data-driven insights, and marketing spend performance.
  • Set the strategy for MarTech, new member offers, and referral programs.
  • Execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Define technical requirements, launch strategy, and product vision.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to build and iterate on the user experience.
  • Partner with Paid Marketing to drive efficient acquisition spend.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the prediction and daily fantasy sports customer acquisition landscape.
  • Champion data-driven product decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related discipline.
  • Track record of building products customers value and taking products from 0 to 1.
  • Experience with AppsFlyer, BigQuery, RudderStack, or similar software.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Braze.
  • Experience building products across web and mobile applications, including Apple and Android app stores.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, product discovery, strategic thinking, and adaptability skills.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, customer empathy, self-direction, and ability to work through ambiguity.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the sports or gaming industry, or as a power user of related products.
  • Experience working closely with Paid Marketing teams.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data products.
  • Experience taking products from 0 to 1.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $135,000–$145,000 annually.
