Product Manager II - Rewards and Promotions
Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of rewards and promotions products for a sports and predictions platform. The role requires 3+ years of product management experience, CRM expertise, and experience delivering web and mobile products.

Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to innovate and improve tools that drive efficient reward spend.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to create comprehensive product roadmaps.
- Execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Define technical requirements, launch strategy, and overall product vision.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to build and iterate on the user experience.
- Devise a reinvestment strategy with Marketing and Revenue Operations.
- Develop deep expertise in prediction and daily fantasy sports rewards.
- Champion data-driven product decision-making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of building products customers value.
- Entrepreneurial drive, mission alignment, and customer empathy.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Braze.
- Experience building products across web and mobile applications, including Apple and Android app stores.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product discovery, strategic thinking, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with loyalty or rewards programs.
- Experience in the sports or gaming industry, or as a power user of related products.
- Experience partnering closely with Marketing and Revenue teams.
- Experience with CRM tools and data products.

Compensation and Benefits
- Typical salary range: $135,000–$145,000.
