RainRain

Marketing Manager, LATAM

Leads Rain’s LATAM B2B marketing strategy for onchain payments, translating global positioning into localized campaigns, partner programs, content, events, PR, and sales enablement. The role requires 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, Spanish proficiency, and meaningful LATAM fintech or payments expertise.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Build the LATAM marketing plan tied to pipeline and revenue targets, including objectives, budgets, and quarterly calendars.
  • Refine ideal customer profiles and named account lists with BD leadership; run ABM campaigns and segment-specific outreach plays for exchanges, neobanks, fintechs, and banks.
  • Design co-marketing programs with strategic partners, including announcements, case studies, webinars, in-person events, and region-ready BD plays.
  • Localize messaging, proof points, one-pagers, pricing narratives, and demos for local buyers; maintain a regional message house.
  • Produce market-specific explainers, regulatory primers, and customer stories about onchain payments.
  • Own LATAM event strategy across flagship conferences, roadshows, and private roundtables, including pre-event, during-event, and post-event programs and ROI measurement.
  • Coordinate regional PR and earned-media opportunities with headquarters communications and agencies.
  • Measure and report in-region pipeline influence, insights, and program performance.
  • Build regional sales decks, talk tracks, objection handling, and case studies.
  • Source and manage regional specialists and vendors for events, creative, PR, translation, and related work.
  • Bring customer pain points, regulatory shifts, and competitive intelligence back to headquarters.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, including meaningful experience in LATAM fintech, payments, or adjacent infrastructure.
  • Ability to work from first principles, create clarity, and independently launch programs before scaling.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing and how marketing supports enterprise deals; experience setting KPIs and owning outcomes.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts such as stablecoins, on-chain payments, APIs, and compliance into clear value for executives and product leaders.
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish; Portuguese strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and localization skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with BD, Product, Legal/Compliance, and Design across time zones.
  • Practical fluency with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and AI content/translation workflows.
  • Based in LATAM or able to travel frequently to the region; willingness to travel approximately 25–40% for partners and events.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building B2B marketing plans from 0 to 1.
  • Experience marketing to banks and regulated institutions in LATAM.
  • A network among regional media, communities, and event organizers.
  • Experience commissioning original research or market surveys for credibility and demand generation.
  • Experience managing external agencies and building small, high-leverage teams.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Unlimited paid time off, with a requirement to take at least 10 days off annually.
  • Flexible work environment and a home-office stipend for new team members.
  • For US employees: company-subsidized health, dental, and vision plans, plus life insurance.
  • 401(k) with a 4% company match.
  • Equity option plan.
  • Company card for product testing.
  • Health and wellness spending.
  • Domestic and international team off-sites.
