Own and scale Fin’s live customer education program through webinars, cohorts, workshops, and its flagship academy event. Responsibilities
- Own the live education program end-to-end, including its vision, roadmap, audience, outcomes, and success metrics.
- Design and deliver live experiences such as webinars, cohorts, in-person workshops, and the annual Fin Academy Live event.
- Partner with Deployment Services to create and deliver tailored training for Enterprise customers.
- Maintain a holistic training curriculum with the Customer Education team.
- Iterate on offerings to improve onboarding, feature adoption, automation rate, and customer outcomes.
- Travel throughout the year to support live events and customer engagements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of training experience, including 3–5 years in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Professional services and/or customer success experience.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective live-training practices.
- Proven content design experience producing presentations and training with clear information hierarchy and a focus on customer action.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts and AI products.
- Strong executive presence and ability to present to large audiences, small groups, senior management, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain audience engagement and adapt during challenging or unexpected discussions.
- Superb program management skills, including stakeholder management, subject-matter-expert engagement, and end-to-end project management.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range for candidates within the Greater Chicago Area: $140,600–$167,900 USD.
- Actual base pay depends on factors including education, skills, experience, and location.
- Eligible regular employees may receive a corporate bonus or sales incentive, as well as Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
