Enterprise Customer Success Manager — East

Manages strategic enterprise customer relationships for Sigma Computing in the eastern region, driving adoption, retention, and account growth through analytics expertise, success planning, and advocacy. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers across high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Use analytics and business intelligence expertise to help customers optimize their use of Sigma Computing’s platform and derive actionable insights.
  • Develop strategies to maximize net dollar retention through upselling, cross-selling, proactive engagement, and churn reduction.
  • Advocate with the product team for features, enhancements, and integrations that improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with business goals.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops to increase product adoption and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consultative roles within SaaS, analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise sales environments with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow customer accounts, with a focus on net dollar retention.
  • Fluent Spanish and business-level customer communication ability.
  • Understanding of enterprise data architecture, including data lakes, data warehouses, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Experience with SQL, ETL, data visualization tools, cloud-based analytics platforms, and production business intelligence solutions.
  • Startup experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $132k–$165k annually.
