Enterprise Customer Success Manager - Central

Own strategic enterprise customer relationships and drive adoption, retention, and expansion for a cloud analytics and business intelligence platform. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers in high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Guide customers in optimizing their use of Sigma Computing’s analytics and business intelligence platform.
  • Develop strategies to improve net dollar retention through upselling, cross-selling, and churn reduction.
  • Advocate for customer-requested features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Create and execute customer success plans aligned with business goals.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops to increase product adoption and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, analytics, computer science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consultative roles within SaaS, analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise sales environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow customer accounts, with a focus on net dollar retention.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and cloud-based analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery.
  • ETL experience.
  • Experience implementing production business intelligence solutions.
  • Startup experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $132k–$165k annually.
