  • Use AI to create high-performance ads and landing pages.
  • Manage campaign setups and optimize budgets based on performance.

Strategy & Intelligence

  • Conduct research to build data-driven strategies.
  • Identify scaling opportunities.
  • Provide daily reporting to support growth.

Process & Product Loop

  • Help build and optimize processes.
  • Provide feedback to the Product Team to refine the AI software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Passion for marketing and creative work.
  • Strong social skills and enjoyment of working with people.
  • German-speaking.
  • Fast learner who is hardworking and stress-resistant.
  • Willingness to solve problems affecting the team or customers.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience with marketing or AdTech.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or another fast-paced environment.
