Responsibilities
- Own BFL’s event calendar end-to-end, including opportunity tiering, event selection, booths, demos, speaker slots, executive briefings, side events, and follow-up.
- Design event experiences featuring interactive model demos and installations in collaboration with Creative Technologists and Forward Deployed Engineers.
- Build pre- and post-event processes, including sales target lists, on-site meeting orchestration, and pipeline attribution.
- Run customer dinners, launch events, executive roundtables, and side events in key markets.
- Own co-marketing with distribution and cloud partners, including joint announcements, launch amplification, case studies, and shared event presence.
- Coordinate partner marketing calendars around product launches and develop repeatable co-marketing playbooks.
- Negotiate marketing commitments with partners alongside the Partnerships team.
- Create pitch decks and solution marketing materials.
- Co-own the activation calendar with social marketing and feed event insights back into GTM and product marketing.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, partner marketing, or integrated campaigns at a B2B technology company.
- Demonstrated experience running events end-to-end, from executive dinners to major conference presences, and measuring resulting pipeline.
- Experience with co-marketing large partners.
- Understanding of enterprise marketing, buying committees, executive briefings, and attribution.
- Strong execution skills, including run-of-show development and booth-staff briefing.
- Strong visual taste and attention to the quality of activations.
- Comfort with ambiguity, tight timelines, and launch-week pressure.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing generative AI, creative tooling, or developer-facing infrastructure.
- Relationships in the creative AI community.
- Experience with cloud or platform partner joint go-to-market.
- A widely referenced event or campaign.
- Experience working in the United States or owning the US market.
Compensation
- United States: $160,000–$200,000 base annual salary plus equity.
- European Union: €105,000–€130,000 base annual salary plus equity.
