Senior Marketing Manager, Enterprise ABM EMEA
Leads enterprise demand generation and ABM across diverse European markets, partnering with Sales and Marketing to build target-account strategies, localized campaigns, and pipeline. The role requires strong analytical, creative, cross-functional, and end-to-end execution skills.

Responsibilities
- Define the EMEA enterprise account-based marketing (ABM) strategy and priority channels in partnership with the US ABM lead, accounting for differences across European markets.
- Orchestrate marketing channels to support the prospect journey and serve as the primary marketing partner for Sales.
- Research target accounts, map prospect journeys, and develop supporting messaging, content, and creative with product marketing, content, and creative teams.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to build target-account lists using data signals and representative input; own account-cohort methodology, assumptions, and measurement.
- Manage agency partners, including gifting-agency relationships, to execute campaigns quickly and effectively.
- Coordinate dinners, activations, conference-adjacent events, and other campaign experiences with the events team.
- Run short experimental sprints, evaluate results, and localize content, creative, and campaign strategy for EMEA markets.
- Own strategies end to end with autonomy, proactive execution, and resourcefulness.
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise demand generation or ABM programs in Europe/EMEA.
- Ability to combine data analysis and creative thinking, including developing compelling messaging and creative concepts.
- Strong understanding of enterprise personas and the ability to build relevant, timely prospect campaigns.
- First-principles approach, curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to challenge traditional ABM playbooks.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, events, creative, content, and agency partners.
- Comfortable building and interpreting dashboards as well as writing copy and developing creative.
- Ability to understand and apply AI effectively without compromising creativity or quality.
- Experience localizing campaigns for distinct European markets rather than treating EMEA as homogeneous.
