Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for clinical and operations roles.
- Manage multiple high-volume requisitions while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals and operations candidates to develop long-term pipelines.
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, background checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes related to healthcare staffing compliance.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity records in Lever or another applicant tracking system.
- Use recruiting data and metrics to improve hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and operational processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting clinical and operations roles.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or a high-growth organization.
- Startup experience in digital health or technology, or comparable experience in a scaling, operations-heavy recruiting environment.
- Ability to build and manage multiple clinical and non-clinical candidate pipelines.
- Ability to identify, engage, and close candidates across diverse roles and priorities.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Lever or another ATS, and G Suite.
