Strategic Account Executive - EMEA
Own the full enterprise sales cycle across EMEA, developing executive relationships, self-sourced pipeline, complex negotiations, and account expansion. The role requires 5+ years supporting complex B2B SaaS or AI/ML products, enterprise selling experience, MEDDICC fluency, and a second European language.

Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and expansion, focusing on annual and multi-year contracts.
- Develop multi-threaded relationships across Marketing, Innovation, IT, and Procurement at target accounts.
- Craft ROI-driven executive narratives and business cases tailored to each stakeholder and buying committee.
- Build self-sourced pipeline through outbound, events, and social proximity.
- Navigate complex negotiations end-to-end, including legal, procurement, and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing on account strategy and expansion planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, developer tools, or AI/ML products in the EMEA region.
- Average deal size of $500K+ ACV.
- Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities and renewals at scale.
- Strong automation-first mindset, with the ability to deliver a digital customer journey across 150+ accounts and personalize at scale.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all organizational levels.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA market landscape and cultural nuances.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Fluency in a second European language; Spanish, French, or Italian preferred.
- Proven success in enterprise environments with multi-stakeholder complexity.
- Deep experience with self-sourced pipeline creation and outbound prospecting.
- Comfortable with pricing and packaging complexity, including usage-based and consumption-based models.
- MEDDICC fluency, strong forecasting accuracy, and disciplined pipeline management.
