About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Revenue End-to-End: Drive the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close with accountability for new business growth.
  • Expand & Retain Accounts: Lead post-sale rollouts to ensure successful deployment, exceptional customer experience, and ownership of expansion and renewal motions.
  • Commercial & Strategic Negotiation: Represent Mosaic in high-stakes commercial and strategic conversations with C-Suite Executives, Partners, Managing Directors, and entire deal teams.
  • Serve as a Trusted Strategic Advisor: Partner directly with senior deal professionals to diagnose workflow pain points and architect Mosaic solutions that materially improve decision-making leverage, execution speed and accuracy, and talent development and retention.
  • Manage a Strategic Portfolio: Build and maintain deep relationships across a portfolio of leading private equity, private credit, and investment banking clients.
  • Influence the Product Roadmap: Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to translate customer feedback into clear, high-impact feature requirements.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Relevant Finance Background: 2–4+ years of experience in private equity, private credit, or investment banking.
  • Modeling & Valuation Fluency: Strong command of financial modeling and valuation concepts, with the ability to speak credibly with deal professionals.
  • Executive-Level Communicator: Exceptional communicator with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across all seniority levels.
  • Builder Mentality: Highly ambitious self-starter excited to be an early GTM hire at a fast-growing startup and thrive in unstructured environments.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinker: Able to synthesize customer feedback into actionable product and go-to-market insights.
