Director, Executive and Corporate Communications

Responsibilities

• Build the executive thought-leadership platform, identifying opportunities for leaders to share informed points of view, including at industry events.
• Translate business strategy and product milestones into compelling narratives and high-impact content plans.
• Create executive-authored content, including LinkedIn posts, bylines, newsletters, digital assets, and blog posts, tailored to each leader’s voice.
• Own corporate social channels, including LinkedIn and PrizePicks News on X, to increase engagement and strengthen company reputation.
• Collaborate with policy and product, brand and growth, internal communications, and other departments to develop corporate stories and increase share of voice.
• Prepare executives for conferences, investor and partner organizations, and industry events.
• Monitor the competitive and regulatory landscape to inform executive messaging.
• Measure the impact of posts, ideas, and formats and refine the thought-leadership strategy.
• Ensure consistent messaging across earned, owned, executive, and corporate channels.
• Establish communications processes, editorial planning, and governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of communications experience, including meaningful executive and corporate communications experience counseling executive leadership teams.
• Experience working in a regulated, high-growth industry.
• Track record of translating business objectives into compelling narratives.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across executive formats.
• Sound judgment under pressure and the ability to manage tight deadlines.
• Strong news judgment and interest in sports gaming, daily fantasy, and prediction markets.
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, set strategy, influence without authority, and deliver personally.

• Typical salary range: $135,000–$165,000 USD annually.
