About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic growth by self-sourcing and qualifying enterprise opportunities within retail, digital publishing, gaming, travel, and hospitality.
  • Lead high-value, consultative sales cycles, closing seven-figure SaaS deals by aligning solutions with executive needs.
  • Engage and influence senior leaders (CMOs, CTOs, VPs of Digital/Ecommerce, Product/Customer Experience Executives).
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline, accurately forecasting across marketing, IT, and leadership functions.
  • Leverage leads and proactively source net new ARR as a "hunter".
  • Identify champions, navigate complex buyer environments, execute technical selling, and master platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets with disciplined sales approach.

Requirements

  • 8+ years selling complex SaaS solutions, proven track record self-sourcing and closing $1M+ enterprise deals.
  • Experience in ESP, Personalization, CDP, or MarTech preferred.
  • Deep network in B2C organizations, engaging executives in digital, eCommerce, marketing, customer experience.
  • Strategic consultative sales mindset, problem-solving, value-driven selling.
  • Technical seller able to engage marketing and IT stakeholders.
  • Disciplined, self-motivated, quota-exceeding track record.
  • Team-first leader thriving in fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, adaptable to new technologies and markets.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $160,000 - $185,000 annual base salary (adjusted by experience/location).
