Staff Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Establish best practices for information architecture to ensure consistent user experience across expanded product offerings.
• Design best-in-class experiences spanning patient, provider, and growth products, including iterating on existing features and creating new ones.
• Drive qualitative user research by building prototypes, conducting interviews, and creating surveys.
• Grow and maintain the design system, managing the component library for efficiency and consistency.
• Help build a design culture focused on quality, craft, and excellent patient/provider experiences.

• 10+ years experience designing compelling digital products.
• Deeply customer- and craft-oriented with strong design fundamentals.
• Builder mindset: taking ideas from 0 to 1 and iterating relentlessly.
• Takes ownership, works through ambiguity, forms strong opinions, drives product decisions.
• Communicates with high signal-to-noise ratio.
• Does own stunts: no task beneath you to move product forward.
• Comfortable in demanding environment with grit and curiosity.
• Understands startup demands beyond 9-5.
• Motivated by impact in nutrition, chronic disease, and preventative healthcare.
