Summary
Own end-to-end product design for Clinical AI products, driving initiatives from concept to launch while partnering with engineering, product, and clinical teams. Requires 7+ years of experience shipping complex B2B SaaS products and fluency across research, UX, UI, and design systems.
About the role
What You’ll Accomplish
- Own end-to-end product design across high-priority features, from rough sketches to polished shipped experiences
- Deeply understand users—especially clinicians—through embedded research, shadowing, and feedback loops
- Drive clarity in ambiguity: partner with PMs, engineers, and clinical AI research teams to shape the roadmap and translate complex workflows into elegant, intuitive UX
- Build scalable design systems that enable rapid prototyping without sacrificing quality or consistency
- Mentor designers and influence culture, bringing design thinking into product strategy conversations, critiques, and postmortems
- Act like an owner: whether it’s improving cross-functional tooling or jumping into front-end polish, you’ll do what it takes to deliver great outcomes
We’d Love to Hear From You If You…
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and take initiative without waiting for direction
- Have shipped high-impact product design work in technically complex B2B SaaS domains
- Are fluent across the full design stack—research, UX, UI, prototyping, systems—and can pivot fluidly as needed
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners alike (engineers, clinicians, execs)
- Obsess over the user experience, especially for high-stakes, high-friction workflows
- Operate with speed, experimentation, and a bias toward action
Bonus Points For
- Experience designing for clinicians, healthcare systems, or complex enterprise users
- Hands-on experience with front-end styling or contributing to a design system repo
- A track record of mentoring other designers or helping shape design orgs from the ground up
Compensation & Benefits

- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents
- 401(k) with a company match of up to 3% of base salary
