  • 5+ years technical recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of recruiting across a wide range of engineering roles, from junior engineers to distinguished technical leaders
  • Ability to drive full-cycle searches end-to-end and flag concerns appropriately
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with experience navigating technical communities and understanding engineering culture in fast-paced environments
  • Data-driven approach to influence stakeholders on talent market trends, total addressable market, target profiles, and process improvements
  • Consistent use of AI tools in recruiting work

What You'll Do

  • Partner with engineering and technical leadership to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies and hiring plans for software engineering, ML/AI, and engineering leadership roles
  • Source and engage top-tier technical talent through advanced sourcing techniques, technical community engagement, open source contribution analysis, and building robust talent pipelines
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for complex technical roles, including coordinating technical interviews, coding assessments, and system design evaluations
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
  • Serve as a talent partner to hiring managers and candidates on market trends, compensation benchmarking, technical role positioning, and competitive intelligence
