About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end development of self-serve tooling for marketing workflows (e.g., MCP integrated with design system and Prototyper for landing pages, AI content writing, self-improving experimentation tooling, programmatic sales asset creation).
  • Drive direction of agentic and AI-augmented workflows with strong guardrails.
  • Partner with marketers, designers, and PMs to identify and automate high-leverage workflows.
  • Set standards for velocity and quality in a small team driving half of inbound SQLs.
  • Reduce team's ticket burden by enabling self-serve marketing work.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product engineering experience, ideally at high-growth tech company, with focus on user-facing or platform-tooling work.
  • Track record building internal tools/platforms reducing repetitive workflows for non-engineers.
  • Strong product instincts to prioritize compounding tooling.
  • Comfort with AI/LLM-augmented engineering (e.g., agentic workflows, MCP servers).
  • Velocity, ownership, and cross-functional empathy.

Nice to Haves

  • Marketing/growth engineering (CMS, experimentation, paid-ads, analytics).
  • Modern data stack (Fivetran, Airflow, Snowflake).
  • MCP servers or agentic systems with guardrails.
