About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify where and how we win by analyzing customer conversations, win/loss trends, competitive insights, and sales performance
  • Own and execute projects that directly improve sales velocity, conversion rates, and expansion outcomes
  • Work directly with AEs and clients to refine how we communicate value, deliver ROI, and differentiate from competitors
  • Design and implement scalable playbooks for pricing, sales strategy, onboarding, and post-sale success
  • Serve as a thought partner to Sales and Product leadership, bringing insights that drive product roadmap and GTM prioritization
  • Run competitive deep-dives and enable the team with actionable intel and training
  • Build internal operating rhythms - reporting, forecasting, process optimization - to help the GTM org run smarter

Requirements

  • 7-8 years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup in a strategic role
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, drive execution, and influence cross-functionally
  • Strong slide-builder and effective in Excel/Sheets; SQL and scripting experience are valuable
  • Excellent communicator; clear, direct, and confident in front of both executives and customers
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
  • Ambition to grow into a leadership role, or start a company someday

Compensation

  • Salary range: $200,000 - $250,000
