About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the architecture and evolution of revenue systems stack, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, modern CPQ solution, and billing integrations.
  • Lead complex configuration and development across Apex, Lightning Web Components, and custom integrations.
  • Oversee data governance, migration strategy, and system integrity across the full GTM stack.
  • Build and deploy AI agents for account research, CRM hygiene, post-call follow-ups, and signal-based outbound workflows.
  • Automate repetitive work across the GTM org and replace it with intelligent, auditable processes.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, and Security to translate strategy into technical specifications.
  • Represent systems decisions directly with Finance and cross-functional leadership on data integrity and sign-off.
  • Challenge existing processes and own documentation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem with at least 2 years in an architect-level role.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ implementation, customization, and production support.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP API integrations, and middleware patterns.
  • Proven experience deploying AI agents or AI-assisted workflows in a GTM context, shipped to production.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay or comparable enrichment and automation platforms.
  • Strong track record working across GTM, Finance, Engineering, and Security stakeholders.
  • Background at a high-growth B2B SaaS company that has gone through a GTM systems transformation.
  • Experience replacing or restructuring legacy systems while keeping the business running.
  • A clear point of view on where AI replaces human judgment in GTM workflows.
