About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the Revenue business systems roadmap across quoting, billing, invoicing, collections, rev rec support, reporting, and close enablement.
  • Translate Revenue Accounting, Billing Ops, Deal Desk, and Finance requirements into clear BRDs, requirements docs, process flows, and prioritized engineering asks.
  • Serve as Revenue DRI for system initiatives delivered by Financial Engineering and Enterprise Business Platform teams.
  • Lead end-to-end UAT, launch readiness, and hypercare for monetization and systems launches.
  • Design scalable operational processes and controls that reduce manual work and improve close accuracy.
  • Partner with FinEng, Enterprise Business Platform, GTM Systems, Accounting, Tax, FP&A, and Product teams to enable new business models.
  • Drive continuous improvement across existing tooling, workflows, and data quality.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Finance Systems, Billing Operations, Revenue Accounting, or BizOps.
  • Experience owning business requirements for systems builds with engineering teams.
  • Strong program management skills across cross-functional initiatives.
  • Deep familiarity with quote-to-cash workflows (CRM, CPQ, billing, ERP, reporting).
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL / data reconciliation mindset.
  • Knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue controls.
  • Strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Passion for technology, AI, and building systems and processes that scale responsibly.
