Associate Enablement Manager - Field
Create and coordinate field enablement programs that translate product and marketing initiatives into sales plays, assets, and messaging to drive pipeline and bookings.
Build and deliver scalable sales enablement programs, training, and content for AEs and SDRs to drive productivity. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product; requires 2-3 years in B2B SaaS GTM roles and strong storytelling skills.

Support sales and listings efforts through research, prospecting, executive support, and cross-functional collaboration. Requires 2+ years experience and a bachelor's degree.
Build and maintain sales playbooks, collateral, and enablement infrastructure (Gong, Highspot) to close the gap between sales strategy and field execution. Drive adoption, measure impact on pipeline and revenue, and collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Product, and Marketing.
