About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through strategic outbound outreach to Heads of Talent, VP People, and recruiting agency owners.
  • Partner closely with AEs, Product, and Marketing to engage prospects.
  • Help refine outbound playbook alongside AEs.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (SaaS or startup is a plus).
  • Strong communicator: clear, concise, and persuasive.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led GTM environment.
  • Love testing new strategies and learning from the data.
  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay).
  • Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (in-office 5 days a week required).

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to TA / HR personas.
  • Experience at an early-stage startup or GTM team.
  • Comfortable navigating Product-Led Growth environments (e.g., free sign-ups, trials).

Compensation & Benefits

  • $70K–$90K base salary, based on experience.
  • $110 - $130K OTE.
  • Uncapped commission, driven through qualified meetings booked quota.
