Regional Vice President, West | Remote | CA
Regional Vice President leading a team of 5 Regional Directors across the US to drive enterprise SaaS revenue growth. Responsible for coaching, hiring, and delivering results in a remote, technical sales environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing a team of 5 Regional Directors across the United States
- Foster an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement
- Travel when needed to assist in deal creation and closure, as well as meet any managerial needs by providing support to your team
- Partnering across all of Grafana GTM leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Responsible for making the team successful and delivering exceptional results
- Responsible for hiring, retaining & developing great talent across the team from leaders to account executives
What You Bring With You:
- 3+ years of second or third line SaaS Sales leadership
- Consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas and objectives within a fast-paced and technical client acquisition-driven business
- Ideally led product-led sales teams before and worked with a complex, technical product
- Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, remote environment
- Growth mindset, leading by example & proactively bringing solutions to challenges you identify, backed by data
Compensation & Benefits:
- OTE compensation range: $450,000 - $490,000
- Equity and bonus (if applicable)

Leads sales team selling Fund Administration SaaS solutions to Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate funds. Drives ARR growth through team management, GTM alignment, coaching, and hands-on deal closure. Requires 10+ years sales leadership experience in private markets.
Managing Director, Industry Coverage & Debt Advisory
Leads debt capital markets advisory for clean energy and infrastructure clients, building senior relationships with developers, utilities, and sponsors while structuring optimal debt solutions and executing mandates. Requires 14+ years in renewables/infrastructure finance and deep lender expertise.
