Regional Account Executive
Manages 3-7 enterprise accounts, builds relationships, leads strategic planning, and closes new business/renewals to hit quotas for Redis products. Requires 4+ years B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably SaaS/open source, and bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with key personnel in 3-7 assigned enterprise customer accounts.
- Coordinate company resources to meet account objectives and exceed expectations.
- Lead joint strategic account planning with mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones for 1-3 years.
- Work independently and collaborate with Sales Development, Solution Architects, Demand Generation, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
Requirements
- 4+ years enterprise sales experience in B2B environment; SaaS and open source selling preferred.
- Ability to pitch complex solutions simply and clearly.
- Preferred experience selling cloud solutions on GCP, Azure, and/or AWS.
- Competitive, driven, goal-oriented with proven track record of achieving targets.
- Four-year college degree from accredited institution.
Compensation
- Estimated base salary: $150,000–$165,000 (NY, CA, WA, CO, RI).
- Total compensation includes commissions, bonuses, equity, 401(k), unlimited PTO, health benefits.
