About the role

Responsibilities

  • Use consistent outreach (email, phone, social media, LinkedIn) to connect with doulas, collectives, training programs, and community partners.
  • Educate prospects about Loula's platform via email and phone.
  • Prepare qualified leads for onboarding: schedule intro calls, prepare materials, ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-ups.
  • Identify and engage referral partners (midwifery practices, perinatal clinics, community organizations).
  • Surface insights from sales efforts to inform messaging and strategy.
  • Stay knowledgeable on services, audiences, and markets.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in consultative or consumer sales (bonus: startup or healthcare).
  • Conduct introductory/consultative calls to qualify leads and educate on product value.
  • Nurture relationships and close deals.
  • Experience building sales channels, launching markets, or improving processes in early-stage environments.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with onboarding/marketing.
