Sales Development Representative
SDR responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking demos for Account Executives at an AI startup serving home service businesses.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, text, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify strong fit opportunities
- Book demos and meetings for Account Executives
- Research accounts and personalize outreach messaging
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and conversion rates
- Learn the home services industry and become an expert on Broccoli’s AI platform
What We’re Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development
- Strong communication skills — especially over the phone
- Highly motivated, competitive, and self-driven
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high activity levels
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Coachable with a willingness to learn quickly
- Experience in SaaS, startups, or home services is a plus but not required
