About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate high quality net new opportunities through strategic cold calling, personalized email sequences, and targeted social selling
  • Deliver value-driven messaging that engages prospects
  • Work closely with AEs and marketing to formulate personalized messaging and collateral
  • Secure meetings with employer buyers at all levels, from C-suite executives to benefits leaders
  • Develop tracking and reporting dashboards in Salesforce and regularly report progress to Sales leadership
  • Consistently hit daily, weekly and monthly lead generation targets
  • Travel as needed for conferences

Requirements

  • 2+ years of highly successful outbound sales development or lead generation experience, preferably within SaaS, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Ability to craft persuasive emails and engaging LinkedIn messages and phone conversations
  • Results-driven mindset with ability to thrive autonomously and manage time effectively
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to build target account and contact lists and conduct personalized outreach at scale

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected base salary range: $70,000 to $80,000
  • Variable compensation with expected on-target earnings of $115,000 to $130,000
