About the role
What you'll do
- Generate pipeline from a curated list of target accounts
- Work closely with Account Executives in pods to prioritize and win top accounts
- Go deep on the product, customers, and buying patterns to form a point of view on outreach
- Stay current on outbound best practices and leverage advisors/partners
- Help onboard new BDRs and share learnings on accounts, messaging, and outbound as the team grows
