About the role
What you'll do
- Generate pipeline from a curated list of accounts by reaching the ~5% of ICP that is in-market for the product
- Go deep on the product, customers, and buying processes to form a point of view on how to meet prospects where they are
- Stay current on outbound best practices, leverage advisors and partners, and grow into a strong GTM operator
- Help onboard new BDR hires and share learnings on accounts, sequencing, and messaging
- Work closely with AEs in pods to strategically prioritize and win top accounts
- Collaborate across the company, including with founders, to find the best way into complex, high-value accounts
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of outbound experience in B2B SaaS with demonstrated understanding of what good looks like
- Curious and humble; ask questions to understand customers before adjusting approach
- Clear communicator in writing and on calls
- Take ownership and figure things out with structured, independent thinking
- Bias toward action; prefer to ship, learn, and iterate rather than wait for the perfect plan
- Looking for the right company to make the jump to AE
- Enjoy working in person with a team
