About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts and contacts to set quality meetings and create pipeline opportunities
  • Target new accounts through outbound calling efforts and by creating and executing strategic email and social campaigns
  • Qualify potential customers to gather information about their business strategy, goals, time series data challenges, and current technology used
  • Manage and nurture quality leads by sharing Seeq content (blogs, whitepapers, webinars, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Sales to strategize the best ways to prospect into target accounts and contribute to account plans; share feedback on messaging and tactics
  • Follow-up on inbound leads to create meetings and opportunities
  • Track activities (email, calls, LinkedIn touches), MQLs, contacts, and account information in CRM
  • Apply effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and take the initiative to hit monthly targets, try new things, and amplify successes by sharing findings with the broader team

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • A passion for technology and software sales; 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Experience with outbound prospecting sales
  • Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (both internal and external)
  • A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Resourcefulness and results-driven operating style
  • Collaborative and coachable mindset while continuously improving skills and impact
  • Ability to ask questions, gather information, and formulate an action plan to connect business needs to solutions
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, take initiative, and manage time effectively
