About the role

Responsibilities

  • Service and support existing and new contracted clients
  • Perform in-person and virtual presentations with leasing agents and property managers
  • Monitor B2C referral pipeline and support B2B clients as their residents consider services
  • Train clients on products and ensure full understanding via phone, email, or in-person
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota & KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Collect customer feedback on product, process and pricing changes
  • Maintain customer records in CRM
  • Hold site visits with partner buildings in your vicinity
  • Help with local in-person events
  • Occasional travel to headquarters in NYC

Requirements

  • Self-starter: able and excited to take initiative on what’s needed for your client
  • Comfortable presenting in front of large and small groups
  • 2+ years in a training or account management role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities and client requests

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Hubspot
  • 2+ years in the multifamily industry
  • Prior experience in leasing, property management, or brokerage
