Responsibilities
- Lead special projects
- Translate high-level concepts into structured programs, proposals, and decision-ready recommendations
- Own the operating cadence for the business: weekly business reviews, quarterly planning, retros, OKR alignment, and cross-functional syncs
- Build lightweight processes that increase velocity and accountability; dismantle or streamline processes that no longer scale
- Track progress on key PLG/growth metrics and ensure insights reach the right owners
- Draft executive-ready content for senior leadership
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to both bring Growth Marketing’s learnings across the org and to leverage insights from other teams in our tactics
- Synthesize data, insights, and product signals into clear narratives that support decision-making
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, product management, strategy, operations, consulting, or similar; Experience in PLG, SaaS, or developer/technical audiences is a plus
- Strong bias for action and ability to create clarity from ambiguity
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An owner mentality - you take complete ownership of your tasks and champion efforts to get them to completion
- Ability to context-switch between strategic thinking and operational detail
- High EQ, executive presence, and storytelling fluency
Compensation
Base salary range: $84,000 - $165,000 USD. Additional benefits include equity, employee stock purchase program, flexible PTO, parental leave, 401(k), and health benefits.
