About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across the company: Run 10+ concurrent searches spanning engineering, product, operations, sales, marketing, and RCM. Lean technical but capable across every function.
  • Build & optimize recruiting infrastructure: Optimize ATS (Ashby), design interview loops, create scorecards, build sourcing playbooks, establish metrics and reporting.
  • Be AI-forward: Use AI tooling and automations across sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, pipeline analytics, market intelligence.
  • Build and own employer brand: Careers page, LinkedIn, candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers: Coach on interviewing, selling candidates, closing.
  • Grow into a recruiting team within 12 months.

Requirements

  • 5+ years recruiting experience, built function from scratch at high-growth startup.
  • Strongest in engineering, product, data hiring; experience across GTM, operations, business roles.
  • AI-native: Build automations, AI-powered workflows for 3x productivity.
  • Healthcare/healthtech recruiting experience (strong plus).
  • Startup DNA: Thrive in ambiguity, closer with ownership.

Compensation

$140,000–$160,000 base + meaningful early-stage equity.
