What You’ll Do
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Across All Technical Roles
- Own end-to-end hiring for Product Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Agent Product Managers, Product Managers, and leadership
- Build outbound pipeline and nurture long-term talent relationships
- Manage a world-class entire candidate experience from first contact to close
- Lead hiring manager calibration, interview loops, and decision processes
- Craft offer strategies and close high-caliber engineering talent
- Drive an event + marketing strategy that helps build the engineering recruiting engine
Who You Are
- 3+ years technical recruiting in SaaS
- Experience recruiting and closing top 1% engineering talent -- high, uncompromising bar.
- Build deep R&D talent networks long before roles open
- Thrive in an early-stage, fast-moving, unstructured environment
- Skilled closer with high EQ and excellent judgment
- Strong partner to executives and hiring managers
- Energized by building systems, teams, and category-defining orgs
Compensation Range
$140,000—$210,000 USD
