Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Drive talent acquisition for sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams across the Americas. Partner with C-suite and VP-level leaders, leverage AI tools like Claude, and use data to deliver critical hires in a hybrid fintech environment.
What you will do
- Be a key business partner to global leaders, particularly supporting our New York and Washington based leadership across functions. Shape their experience, manage expectations, and own talent partnerships.
- Deliver key hires. Personally manage critical hires across New York, Washington and other target hubs while managing a complex workload.
- Drive senior stakeholder engagement using outstanding communication skills in person and async to drive alignment and outcomes.
- Up level capability and assessment. Understand tooling and technology as an enabler. Be AI fluent and inquisitive. Use Claude to shape the way we work.
- Use data to drive better outcomes, from pipeline data to market intelligence and footprint planning. Move fast based on experience to drive data driven decisions.
What you will achieve in the first 6 months
- Establish yourself as a key talent business partner.

- Identify and embed AI in our processes and systems to deliver efficiencies and give time to the team to focus on partnerships.
- Support the VP of Talent in key projects and planning.
- Deliver critical hires which help us deliver on our goals.

- Are comfortable operating at the most senior levels of a business — advising C-suite stakeholders and representing Talent in leadership forums.
- Bring experience; formal or informal, delivering key talent projects and headcount planning.
- Thrive in environments of ambiguity. You are a self-starter who sets the agenda rather than waiting for direction.
Our ideal candidate has
- A track record of consistent recruiting experience with demonstrable expertise in cross-functional US hiring, ideally in digital assets, fintech, or crypto/Web3 in organisations focused on building talent density.
