- Recruit for Engineering, Design, and Product roles
- Build personal brand and visibility in the recruiting community through content, community engagement, and candidate experience
- Position Juicebox as a top destination for AI talent
- Leverage Juicebox's AI sourcing platform in recruiting efforts
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
- Strong personal brand in the recruiting community (active LinkedIn presence, trusted network, respected by peers)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments
- Commitment to quality and candidate experience
- Willingness to work in-office 5 days a week in San Francisco
Nice to Have
- Experience with early-stage startups (Seed - Series B) or high-growth companies
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or B2B talent markets
- Enjoyment of writing or speaking about hiring, talent, or the future of work
