Responsibilities

  • Schedule phone, Google Meets, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and time zones
  • Manage candidate communication, ensuring timely updates and a warm, professional experience
  • Maintain accuracy of candidate data in Ashby
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to prep interview teams with logistics and materials
  • Support onsite interviews and recruiting events
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience in a recruiting support role (internships count)
  • Experience with an ATS; Ashby is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; warm and professional candidate presence
  • Comfort with scheduling across multiple calendars, tools, and time zones
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range for this role in New York, New York is $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience and interview performance
