Responsibilities
- Schedule phone, Google Meets, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and time zones
- Manage candidate communication, ensuring timely updates and a warm, professional experience
- Maintain accuracy of candidate data in Ashby
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to prep interview teams with logistics and materials
- Support onsite interviews and recruiting events
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience in a recruiting support role (internships count)
- Experience with an ATS; Ashby is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; warm and professional candidate presence
- Comfort with scheduling across multiple calendars, tools, and time zones
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range for this role in New York, New York is $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience and interview performance
