About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience
  • Source and develop a candidate pipeline
  • Interview candidates, update them throughout the process and negotiate compensation
  • Set hiring managers' expectations and develop processes around interviewing
  • Brainstorm with hiring managers to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search
  • Develop recruitment advertising and employment branding strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years full-cycle business recruiting experience (G&A, Customer Experience, Operations, GTM etc.)
  • Previous startup experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of hitting high volume recruiting metrics (5 hires or more per month)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
  • Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn / Gem)
