Contract Business Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting for Customer Experience, Operations, and G&A teams at a fast-growing startup. Requires 3+ years experience and proven high-volume hiring metrics.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience
- Source and develop a candidate pipeline
- Interview candidates, update them throughout the process and negotiate compensation
- Set hiring managers' expectations and develop processes around interviewing
- Brainstorm with hiring managers to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search
- Develop recruitment advertising and employment branding strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years full-cycle business recruiting experience (G&A, Customer Experience, Operations, GTM etc.)
- Previous startup experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of hitting high volume recruiting metrics (5 hires or more per month)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
- Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn / Gem)
