About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Build relationships with top-tier clients including law firms, General Counsels, and enterprise leaders.
  • Deliver impactful demos, identify use cases, and create commercial proposals.
  • Shape GTM motion by providing market insights to product and engineering.
  • Become a thought leader on AI, compliance, and innovation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years enterprise or mid-market SaaS sales with track record of closing complex deals.
  • Experience selling into professional services (legal, finance, consulting) or compliance sectors.
  • GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) familiarity (strong plus).
  • Executive communication skills for C-level and technical audiences.
  • Builder mindset to create sales processes from scratch.
  • Adaptable in high-autonomy, ambiguous environments.

Compensation

  • Salary: $100K–$200K OTE
  • Equity: 0.3–1%
