About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the Pigment platform end-to-end—model architecture, formula logic, system configuration, integration design, and ongoing administration.
  • Lead the design and delivery of planning solutions across full-year budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and headcount planning.
  • Manage financial data integrations between Pigment, NetSuite, and other source systems, ensuring seamless data flow, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities.
  • Lead, design, and implement Plaid's AI and automation roadmap for FP&A.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Pigment users across Finance and Procurement—providing training, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Contribute to the long-term Finance systems roadmap.
  • Partner with FP&A leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate evolving business requirements into system enhancements and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A operations, or business systems roles, with deep hands-on EPM platform expertise.
  • 3+ years of specialization in EPM/CPM platforms (Pigment strongly preferred; Anaplan or Adaptive Planning also considered), with deep hands-on expertise across model design, formula logic, and system configuration.
  • Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of data flows, integrations, and governance across finance systems.
  • Experience integrating EPM platforms with ERP and HRIS systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday) via APIs or integration platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and drive projects from concept through adoption independently.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to make technical concepts accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-directed mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and operate with high autonomy.
  • Strong analytical instincts and attention to detail, with a track record of ensuring data integrity and system accuracy at scale.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in AI and automation tools applied to finance workflows.
