Responsibilities

Event Management (Core Focus)

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, conferences, roadshows, lunch-and-learns, and hosted executive dinners
  • Manage event logistics: venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, booth design, staffing, catering, and post-event follow-up
  • Build and maintain a calendar of New York-area events that keeps our brand consistently present in the market
  • Track event ROI and report on pipeline influenced, leads generated, and revenue attributed to field programs

Demand Generation & Lead Generation

  • Partner closely with the sales team to identify target accounts and tailor event and outreach strategies to move them through the funnel
  • Develop and execute territory-based campaigns that complement field events and drive qualified pipeline

Requirements

  • 2+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation experience, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Based in New York City or the immediate metro area
  • Proven track record owning events from concept through execution, including large conferences and high-touch experiential dinners
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trust with sales teams and operate as a true business partner
  • Experience working with HubSpot
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $85,000 – $100,000 annually
